Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GoPi at https://gopi.app, a Pi Network bounty board (“Post it. Do it. Claim it.”). By using GoPi you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

GoPi lets users post bounties, lock Pi rewards in escrow, apply or submit work, communicate about applications, and release payouts to winners according to app rules and Pi Network payment flows. Features may differ between Testnet and Mainnet.

2. Pi Network account

You must sign in with a valid Pi Network account.
You are responsible for activity under your Pi username / UID on GoPi.
GoPi relies on Pi authentication and payment APIs; outages or policy changes on Pi Network may affect the app.

3. Bounties & escrow

When you create a bounty and lock a reward, you authorize a user-to-app (U2A) Pi payment under the amount, memo, and metadata shown in the Pi payment sheet.
Platform fees (if any) are disclosed in the app (for example an escrow fee split on payout).
Selecting a winner / releasing payout authorizes app-to-user (A2U) payment subject to Pi Network rules, balances, and successful completion.
Incomplete or interrupted payments may be completed or cancelled through Pi’s recovery flows.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

Post illegal, fraudulent, or abusive bounties or content.
Impersonate others or manipulate escrow / ratings unfairly.
Attempt to exploit the app, Pi APIs, or other users’ funds or data.
Use GoPi to launder value or violate applicable law or Pi Network policies.

5. Content

You keep rights to content you submit, and grant GoPi a license to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of bounty descriptions, proofs, and messages.

6. Disclaimers

GoPi is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful blockchain settlement, or that every dispute between posters and hunters will resolve in your favor. Pi Network Testnet uses test value; Mainnet uses real Pi — use Mainnet carefully.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GoPi and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from Pi Network failures, user error, or disputes between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to GoPi is limited to the fees (if any) you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or remove access, bounties, or content that violate these Terms, law, or Pi Network policies.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
